Why I am doing this blog!

I have the wonderful opportunity to learn more about the gospel of Christ by taking an online New Testament class from Brigham Young University - Idaho.  For one of our assignments we are able to create a blog post about section of scripture we have studied more in depth.  I by no means claim to be an authority on the scriptures, but I hope that I can share my testimony of my Savior Jesus Christ and his love for me with others. I also love learning more and more about gospel principles and Bible history not only because it is interesting but I think it helps me better understand the gospel and strengthen my understanding of ordinances and the symbolism that is found in them.
